The Client acquired this multi-family development built-in 2014 comprising of 288 luxury units, large amenity pool deck, Fitness Center and Clubhouse. The developments Clubhouse with combined Leasing and Admin Offices is situated adjacent to the large resort-style pool and main road entrance to the property. Studio Z's scope of service included a full renovation of the Clubhouse interior consisting of fixtures, furnishings, finishes, outdoor furnishings, and the addition of new outdoor amenities. We started the project by studying the existing floorplan and identifying underutilized space and lost opportunity area, we then loaded these areas full of timeless amenities. These areas include a board game area, local artist gallery, billards area, and "library", as well as the addition of the following exterior amenities; putting green, lawn checkers, and outdoor ping pong.
